Conjures a charged wisp that trails you for a short duration.

It hurls shock projectiles at enemies that also deal Stamina Damage which fills the enemy's Stun Bar.

Spell Charges:

Depletes one charge per use. Equip the spell and use Mana to cast it with a Staff.
