Conjures a slow moving ball of lightning that travels unhindered through enemies and some obstacles.
It continuously releases lightning strikes to nearby enemies that also deal Stamina Damage which fills the enemy's Stun Bar.
Eternal Spell:
Does not deplete Spell Charges per use. Equip the Eternal Spell and use Mana to cast it with a Staff.
