Ball Lightning I

Conjures a slow-moving ball of lightning that travels unhindered through enemies and some obstacles.

It continuously releases lightning strikes to nearby enemies that also deal Stamina Damage, which fills the enemy's Stun Bar.

Spell Charges:

Depletes one charge per use. Equip the spell and use Mana to cast it with a Staff.
